Contract Monitor/Compliance Services

As a contract Monitor, a review of the services of the healthcare provider is performed to ensure there is compliance with the contract. The reviews include a monthly on site visit and meeting with the agency and the healthcare provider. Reviews take place of the healthcare operations in relation to ACA, NCCHC and other applicable state standards. Various reports are generated by the healthcare provider and are used as a way to monitor access of healthcare in compliance with NCCHC or governing accreditation body is being done. A report is sent each month following the visit and provides an update of initiatives, summary of statistics, and informs the agency if any penalties/liquidated damages are to be assessed if there is a deficiency in services based upon the contract specifications. The review is an operational, financial and clinical review of the service and compliance within the scope of the contract.
